CHUCK CADMAN RULES !!!
June 29 , 2004

Well, as an Ontarian, I must apologize to the West, once again for the fact that in the most populated part of the country we just can't seem to pull the trigger on change.

I am not endorsing any particular idiot in Ottawa (oops did I say that out loud?) - but it absolutely bemoans me that as Canadians we are so terrified of taking any risk. The Herd of Sheep, Lemmings analogy comes to mind.

So where are we? Well I retired last night at 1:30am EDT and Steamboat Marty was out front with 135 seats and Smilin' Jack was holding him accountable with his 22 seats for a total of 157 seats and in effect a left of center majority. Mr. Sovereignty was dominating PQ with 54 and Chuckles of the "Canadian Reform Alliance Progressive Conservative Whatever Party" was holding second with 96 seats.

After a little quick math I determined there was one AWOL riding somewhere. Surfing through the various channels I found that 1 "Other" was leading and elected in Surrey, B.C. Good for him I thought and off to bed I went.

I awoke this morning to an interesting overnight development. Apparently, the three close races facing the CRAPCWP and the NDP had gone blue, thus destroying the center left majority and putting one Chuck Cadman - Independent in control with the balance of power!

All of a sudden, the East's failure to instill change, Jack Layton's rumblings about accountability and the Bloc's separatists all are looking at Chuck Cadman.

Chuck becomes, and I digress, that guy or gal that everyone wants to take to the prom. Do ya think Chuck might get asked out for a couple of dinners, maybe a round of golf, a ride on Marty's plane, Chuckles horse, a weekend with Jack and Olivia?

Surrey B.C. now becomes a household name across the country.

At the end of the day, for as much as the West may feel left out or worse, ignored by the rest of the country the opposite is true. The entire country will need to focus on what Chuck Cadman does. Chuck Cadman lives in B.C. B.C. will have a voice in the House of Commons of epic proportions and rightly so.

Get to know Chuck because I am sure we will be hearing a lot about and from him in the coming months.

Chuck Cadman Rules!

Rock on!
